Stop listing parties then doing something different

Seriously, it’s getting old joining a party to do Ulivar and arriving in Echo of Hatred (or similar)…or joining a a party to do X level Pits only to have them want to do X+20 level Pits and surprise it’s a painful or impossible slog

Wow, this is a 1st I believe.

Your talking to the “Players” of D4 and not the “Dev Team” of D 4? :eyes:

You never know though, by the time you join a party they may have already be done with their initial objective and they moved on to something else?

What I believe is the proper thing to do, is once everyone is done killing/doing an objective/boss they should Change the group Activity Appropriately. I don’t know how long it takes but it makes it easier to find the right people for the right job/agenda to get it done.

I do what I want, kthnx.

The problem is that the group is not un-listed once full.

If anyone leaves it lists the group again even if the leader leaves and everyone is ”done”

Selfish clown noted.

I don’t think blizz can stop players being stupid, if anything, the group finder revealed the capabilities of the avg diablo player.

Just play solo, with friends or guildies, you end up having much more fun, especially with the s8 changes where t4 boss ladders are always carrying 3 dead weights…

I blame those dead weights on Blizzard desperate to make a “hardcore” game and that is not their primary playerbase. it comes off as a really bad “me too” to PoE2’s far better handling of a “hard” ARPG. And forcing players into bad boss fights only made hard via invuln phases and one shot mechanics. Pretty much the worse mechanics you can add to a fight.

I stopped joining Parties for Pit runs in S6 because there was inevitably a SB in the group who would start asking for 10 or 20 tier higher than advertised runs.

When it comes to doing Bosses, it makes sense that the team switches to a different Boss when the mats are depleted. If I really wanted a specific one, I would check that the Party was listed recently or would list my own.

I am not doing the season but would imagine that with the changes not so many players would be still using the Party Finder for Bosses.

I guess the forum is your personal blog now?

the other annoyance is when the group just hangs around in town - to be fair, it was even worse in d3.

I don’t see anything hardcore in this game.

If someone feels the boss fight is a sponge and oneshotfest then he’s simply not ready for that torment level. There is no shame farming bosses on t3 but it’s easier to leech on t4 I guess.

Communication is So important.

I hate it when I ask a question and I’m 100% ignored. I know a lot of people are on console and it takes time to type, but People like me can save a lot of time if people Talk at Least.

Sorry, next time I’ll PM you first to get approval for what’s OK to post. Should we take a tour through your posts? I already know they are full of your personal complaints.

Yes yes, we’re all impressed with your humble brag and 133t skillz.

Dont drag me down to your pity lvl.

You know this act you’re putting on is just embarrassing yourself, right?

Either way, into the bucket with you.

Get a mirror, man

Or keep pissing till you get a pool.

If I wanna brag I wouldn’t play the easiest arpg out there. Only mobile games are easier.

THIS, EXACTLY THIS…

join a group and theres 1 person afk with group finder on, group fills and they never accept, peeps leave and join and afk never comes back…

needs to Delist party once the “event” has started, as i know most afk after they finish a infernal horde
