yeah, some joker must have proposed in the meeting that by enabling forced play, 1 player will bring in another 3 players, and so their battle pass sales will increase threefold.

Im pretty sure people using the wrong words. They pobably mean “to do every single task of the gamepass… oops battlepass” and get the titles for having everything done.

Then they are also mixing up battlepass with seasonal journey. You can literally 100% complete the battlepass by just soloing Infernal hordes, or whatever content floats your boat.
People just dont know what they are talking about since stuff like:
makes absolutely zero sense when we talk about battlepass completition.

Seasonal Journey, Battle Pass, Seasonal Questline, sometimes I also mix up things when referring to each.
S7 seasonal journey is the one including group only quests and quests to be done exclusively while in Torment 4.

yea that i would agree with. I firmly think that t4, or dc/pvp shouldnt be part of the seasonal journey. That has nothing to do with some battlepass sales theories tho.

Sad part is that the achievement was bugged and you had to do it in one go without leaving party or it reset.

again, there are no tasks that you need to do for the battlepass. You can 100% complete it by soloing any type of content.
Seasonal Journey =/= Battlepass.

They’re so intertwined in D4, people often say one when they mean the other. Clarity of message is important, but mix ups happen.

It’s better than forcing PvP to 100% the season journey and infinitely better than requiring becoming Hatred’s Chosen to complete a step. That’s the only one I never got and I’m still annoyed.
Yeah well, the more they do these sorts of things the less I will play/hand over $$ to Blizzard. Perhaps someone that likes groups will take my place, so be it. I’ll survive without the game
