Why don’t you do something about it? Everyone knows that your game is being duped and hacked massively, do something. The beauty of the game was being able to go to duriel and by chance they would throw a shako at you. Now the nice thing would be if you removed the millions of copies that the Chinese have made.

I still have zero Ubers from my solo Duriel runs. Sad life.
My big guess, as part of their principles of no nerfs this season, they won’t address the dupes up front. They will do something behind the scenes but nothing drastic.
They will wait on S3 to drop a huge hammer against all these, including nerfing overtuned and bugged builds.
I think there’s more harm to devs if they drop a big hammer now than dropping it later.

Rumors are circulating another Duriel Mat duplication bug has hit and its the reason the prices are tanking bigtime. RUMOR! NOT CONFIRMED!!!

Could be that but I think it’s just people not want to run Duriel, cause unfun, and since they got all they need from there they’re stocking materials instead.

Diablo 1: Boba Fett & other trainers, built-in dupe glitch etc.
Diablo 2: 20+ Years and counting… Bots, Dupes(allegedly currently fixed in D2R), map hacks, Scripts, RMT galore
Diablo 3: 10+ Years and counting… THud, Bots, who knows what else.
Diablo 4: 6 Months(or near enough) - Par for course & Welcome to the Exploit Party!

As far as I know, each duped ticket is about 0.3-0.5rmb in some Chinese trade site. It’s rather cheap, because they duplicate so much in the game therefore the price collapsed.
And people are buying these tickets to earn real money.(do duriel runs and charge from other people they team with). Things are worse than you think, it’s not a game anymore. Some people have making a fortune by doing this.
The method of duplication has not yet been reviewed (rumor says there are multiple ways to do so)

It’s not a rumor since you can go buy some mats very cheap right now. Like the poster above me mentioned.
They cant do anything until there are at least 100 posts on the official forums. Of course they do not know anything until a concerned Karens make 100s of posts with their exaggerated claims and how their whole life is ruined by supposed duped mats

i have yet to fill a stash with shakos so the game is just fine, working as intended.

the grace of the day was missing…
300 runs from me legit farming my materials and all ive gotten is 2 andy helms. The drop rate is the real issue. That is 0.6% drop rate not 2% like its supposed to be.

Yes, the method hasn’t been leaked yet but, by the looks of it, it is something that has to do with Playstation and their kernel getting cracked few years ago and how Blizzard is MS property now and that whole PSN “backup file system” that can be saved on the USB drive.
Anyway, I don’t know the details but the prices for gold and mats dropped which means duping is back.

I just play the game and don’t care about this at all.
Blizzard wont do anything until there are at minimum 10 threads on the first page pointing out the obvious. You can rest assured your post or any of the others isnt making them work faster. Just play the game and dont worry about others
