Since the start of Season 8 in April I have been missing my battlepass token from my VoH deluxe purchase that I had not used. I have been back and forth with support ( see Issue ID: #100043208) . It was annoucned that this was a bug and devs were working on it. I had contacted support a few times throughout the season and received same response “be patient we are working on it”. Well Ive been quite patient and here it is nearly the end of season 8 and I still do not have a token. I have been through my account completely and can only see the one accelerated battlepass token used from the orginial game purchase when the game first released. I see my purchases of platnium and battle pass purchases in game with the platnium that I purchased, however do not see any other claimed “premium/accelerated” battle pass tokens used. How do it get this resolved and receive my token?
You should wait. They are working on it 
nope they told me i used the token " about a month after i bought the expac" yet after providing them screenshots from my transaction history from my account that doesnt show when or if it was used and I asked for proof such as exact date/time/transaction number I recevied an email saying they gave me proof (the above quoted “you used it about a month after you bought the expac”) and I would not receive any further assistance on my issue. They closed and archived all the tickets as well. Im at a loss as where to turn to next. Bascially im done.
