been trying all day, gone though the hoops that support has recommended, how many other people are still having this problem?

I’ve had this issue all day. Made a post after looking for solutions and finding none. Tried pretty much everything that is suggested by Blizz. Changed password, region, etc.
Uninstalled and Reinstalled.
Still an issue.
Still having this issue, I reopened my support ticket, and it was marked as “resolved” with a statement telling me they are sorry none of their suggested fixes worked (ie password reset, change region etc) then was once again told to seek assistance from the broader community through forums, consult with a local tech expert, or contact your Internet Service Provider if you suspect a connection issue …
they hot-fixed it for console, but pc is still broken
Still an issue for me. Even with the update I woke up to just now. Maybe we will be able to play in two weeks. ![]()
I continue to have this issue trying to play the game through BNet launcher. I have also attempted all available fixes aside from creating a new user account on my PC (which is an unacceptable “fix” to me).
I just tried the new user account on my PC and it also did not fix the issue.
Same here, i still have this error since yesterday, nothing works ![]()
I tried on multiple computers, changed regions, reinstalled, new admin account, changed passwords, nothing worked…
and according to support they still dont have a fix for it yet. why can so many people get in, while a small amount are still locked out makes no sense.
I’m having the same issue. Tried all suggestions from the support ticket, scoured the forums. So many having this issue, but no resolution. Even having issues on PS5, Error 300008 Login attempt timed out. Had problems since launch of VoH. Even contacted Sony regarding PS5, they said it’s a server/account issue on Blizzard’s end. This needs to be fixed soon. Roommate doesn’t have these issues on PC or PS5.
has anyone received any update or progress toward this being fixed? seems like the devs are more worried about those already playing than those locked out… theres plenty of posts about the “hotfix’s” but nothing about this license issue being fixed.

I got a GM response on my ticket, they initiated a password reset on their side, still no luck though. I initially thought I got hacked cause I got booted from everything and my passwords weren’t working lol. No follow up from then though.
I complained on twitter/X also, which is maybe why I got a follow up response on my ticket after the automated one.
I suggested that they maybe allocate a different license to my account to see if that’s the issue.
I got a general response to my ticket with more solutions that did not resolve anything. I replied and included this thread in hopes they can get all of us fixed or at least find the commonality to our accounts that’s causing the issue. For reference, I have Verizon Fios as my ISP - I have no suspicion that they’re the cause as I’d expect the issue to be more widespread if it was their service.

Don’t let them tell you this is a PC issue.
I have a friend with the game and DLC (which are working) and I just gave him my credentials to log in to his PC and he gets the same error when launching the game as me. It is an account issue.
this is ridiculous, stop pushing updates for the people playing and make the game playable in the first place…
something here. the GM is replying after 8 hours and gave the most generic answer that doesn’t help with the situation at all.
can someone take it to reddit to get more attention. Everyone thinks code 315306 is fixed. but it’s NOT!
can the devs make this into a known issue
Same situation here, the only solution Blizzard is offering me is:
1. Change your password
2. Change the region of your Battle.net app by clicking the cogwheel icon on the login screen
3. Create a new administrator account
4. Scan and repair Diablo IV
I’ve tried everything, even changing computers and internet connections, but it’s still not working after 2 days, and there’s no real support from Blizzard.
