Clan chat for me and the rest of my clan is still broken and inaccessible. We’ve tried reinstalling the authenticator, clearing the cache and other mentioned fixes

Same here… why is there no acknowledgement or reply from any CSR?
No solutions so far, many players cant chat:
Same issue here getting the “There was a problem sending the clan chat message” error whenever I tried to send a clan message, but it had been working a few days ago. Also turns out I wasn’t getting text messages from the clan either but Challenge completion notifications were working.
Also tried clearing Battle.net Cache and setting “Private Text Chat” to “Everybody” but that didn’t seem to fix it. Not sure if clearing the battle.net cache contributed to the fix but it probably not, and “Private Text Chat” to “Friends Only” without a problem so far.
The thing that seems to have fixed it is enabling the “Battle.net Groups” setting in your account settings and restarting battle.net and the game.
- Login and Go to your Privacy and Communication settings within your Account Settings on the battle.net website
- Click “Update” for “Social Settings”
- Enable “Battle.net Groups”
- Click Save
- Exit the Game and Exit Battle.net…fire up battle.net and the game again.
