Steam DLC In-Game Pre-Order Issue

I pre-ordered the DLC for Diablo IV on Steam in June(It was purchased in-game.). Although I received the pre-order rewards, I still cannot access the DLC content. It has been 7 days since I submitted my previous ticket TW22008697, and I have not received an effective response, only what appears to be an automated reply. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible.
I believe that if this bug caused all Steam users to have the DLC by default, Blizzard would definitely fix it within a day. Because the loss affects players, they are ignoring it and not providing any effective information or response.
