I purchased the DLC Ultimate Edition on Steam two months ago, but I am unable to play the DLC content when I enter the game today
They did it on purpose to discourage people from buying future items on steam.
This really sucks,spend the money,didn’t get the item,steam and the blizard should be punished!
Just getting generated responses from this. Seems nobody is actually verifying my purchase despite providing receipts.
My experience too. I requested a refund via steam and was granted by all accounts (will need a day or two to hit the bank to confirm). Time to move on to another game.

Blizzard CS just told me to contact with Steam CS,while the Steam CS had DONE THE SAME!!!!!!!!

This is the same boat I’m in. The reply I received said they looked into this with the “utmost care”, which is certainly untrue: they would have seen that though I own the base game through battle.net, I ALSO OWN it through steam (a second copy, which is in itself highway robbery) and have been playing only through steam.
I’ve provided screenshots and receipts for every piece along the way. Now my ticket is ignored since last night, still no DLC.
I’m just completely beside myself. It’s infuriating. I don’t even care that much about the game as much as the principal of the whole thing.
How can they even have the nerve to advertise this game on all these platforms to get players to buy it with this kind of quality?
