Chain Lightning not scaling off mana cost reduction while Static Surge does is pretty ludicrous still at this point. Also, return the Static Surge synergy to Chain Lightning Enchant casts. Hoping for something good in this regard with what appears to be an upcoming Paragon Board rework/update.
