Static Surge Board - Too much “Damage to Stunned”?

I want to say that this board feels underwhelming as someone who wants to use the Legendary Node in conjunction with Staff of Lam Esen and Chain Lightning Enchant. Just a TC build until I get some more pieces, but Damage to Stunned feels pretty yikes since there is no innate stun synergy from CB or CL while being down two important sources of Lucky Hit via Wand and Offhand to even proc Convulsions.

Is it safer to say that it’s a problem with the board; satisfying current, Shock Skill damage modifiers; or a flawed unique?

The Staff is garbage and you are actually better off not using it, unfortunately.

Gotcha. Felt like it could be a cool/different interaction, but like a good portion of Uniques and Ultimates, sadly not worth the squeeze… :disappointed:
