When changing the colorization of the Starcrossed Greaves, using the alternative color pallets, the Greaves (boots) are NOT changing colors, at all. No matter is you change them independently or with the “apply all” command. This problem is with ALL pallets. Playing on PS5 Pro.

It’s not just the optional colors. The default color is bugged too. Doesn’t match.
Edit: Also, this is an issue on all platforms not just PS5.
