Have people been getting this aspect in higher levels? I have not seen a legendary with this aspect in the last 50+ levels and I’m beginning to think that it was removed from the game. Someone please give me hope that I may find it again!

Awesome, thank you for letting me know. It’s not a make or break for my build, but getting frustrating that I never see it anymore.
Just to be sure, it’s the aspect that has " While Unstable Currents is not active, your Shock Skills have a [5 – 10%] chance to trigger a free cast from it."
Not “Unstable Currents has a [10-20%] chance to cast an additional shock skill.”
