Hello, does the tempering affix that say “Lightning spear has chance to deal double damage” is that the same as “hit twice”?
Does a double hit double the possibility to trigger the splintering energy effect?
Hit twice meant two hits instead of one. Double damage means double damage or 2x the damage. So one hit that deals twice as much damage.
