I got dropped a splinter of terror before the questline finished (haven’t played since beta test), popped the splinter, and now I cant finish the quest because it won’t let me place the splinter of destruction on deckards table. This means I cant use any prime evil powers either. I can claim the “rewards” as the splinter appears on the table, but can’t actually use any of them.
