Anyone else having issue with Spirtborn being locked out but VOH is purchased & unlocked?

they said to pick a different class, then back out and it should be unlocked for you

It is still locked sadly, this is ridiculous to pay for an expansion that is delayed and now can play the new class.

they are aware of the issue. i am in the game and am using spiritborn. hopefully they fix it soon

Just switching to a different class and then reselecting Spiritborn worked for me.

I’m still downloading but I feel like it will be an issue because when I launched the game without noticing the warning I got an invalid licence warning. Now the download is taking forever… What a wonderful experience…

I have the deluxe upgrade purchased but the spiritborn add on isn’t even showing up in available downloads. This seems to be a common issue for Xbox users on Twitter rn. I’m only seeing that add-on show for people who bought the ultimate version.

UPDATE: do this if you are Xbox:

Hi. Xbox user here. I’ve checked for additional downloads both in-game and out, restarted my console, tried starting a new character with a different class and then backing out again. I still cannot select Spiritborn. The shop is showing I purchased it.
Who over there at Blizz forgot to flip this one switch for the Xbox players? Hmm?

Someone said they delayed release to make sure it will be bug free and we should be thankful for that

I can’t play VoH nor choose Spiritborn aswell. Under account (Website) it says I got the game since September 13th, but the bnet app or ingame nope.

I purchased the deluxe edition on my Xbox. Spent 58$ and I don’t have the expansion. Can’t play the campaign or go to the new map. Nor can I choose the new character it’s locked. What the hell. again I spent 58 for What?

Having the same issue. Box was checked, unchecked, rechecked, restarted. When I start the game it shows Spiritborn unlock and the VoH quest is there but if I fast travel, it disappears and it is like VoH expansion has been removed even though when I check my Xbox, the box is checked.

If you go to manage installs you may need to download the VoH files as I had the main install but not a small download and that was stopping it from seeing I owned the adon
