My OP crits are lower than white damage hits … by about 69 million.
In fact, i am commonly hitting for 70 million WHITE damage every run… And I have never broken 1 million on an Overpower critical hit.
I also NEVER hit vulnerable damage despite 100% vuln uptime…ever!!!
The incarnate aoe damage still works, but there are NEVER any blue damage reports… white, yes, but not blue despite 100% vulnerable uptime.
If I have the Vampiric Curse aspect equiped I see blue reports but its rare.
