Spiritborn level 39. The thrash and rock splitter now has a 3 second cooldown which I never encountered. My spirit hall is set to jaguar so an additional hit should be set but it seems my thrash is collecting the multipliers but im still having a cooldown and my character stands around. Never had a cooldown with thrash or rock splitter until this Monday.

One of them is basic skills do xx increased damage but introduces a 3 second cooldown
