Spiritborn are playing a different game compared to the other classes

More OP than pre-nerf LS sorc.

More OP than pre-nerf bash barbillionaire.

Pretty much everyone in T4 is spiritborn.

Definitely expected. We should not be surprised.

But what I am surprised is it’s broken than broken  I never thought you can do billions more damage than LS Sorc even on a stat squish revamp in S6.

They are doing hundreds of billions of damage to be exact.

I mean, it’s a brand new class… of course a lot of people are giving it a go, first… just because you see a lot of them is not in and of itself proof it’s OP. Though, I’m not entirely disagreeing with them being OP, either. Just sayin’…

It’s a new class in the wild, it just needs some balance passes, not everything is a conspiracy.

They dont feel overpowered to me honestly. Playing on Hard in white items trying to get the first few magics was rough. Getting aspects that synergize with a playstyle def helps but thats true for any of the classes.

Should have rolled the new class, you spent money on it.

They gotta sell copies of VoH somehow. And the best way to do that is to let Streamers look like they’re actually good at the game by giving them a class that’s so broken even a toddler could decimate with it.

You ain’t wrong. I’m at 60 on mine without a si hole GA piece or even a solid 3 stat piece and he is killing it in T2. One unique and it didn’t really change anything when I equipped it.

They want to sell their expansion. Of course they want the new class to be OP. Expect it for a couple of seasons.

So you’re saying I have a chance? WOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

The made a class with multiple ways to guarantee vulnerable and then gave us crazy ways to scale vulnerable damage.

Its going to hurt when they bring this back down to earth, but it should be fun for at least a season.

Thats how they sell the expansion

So are you describing a disguised verson of pay to win? Thanks for enlightening all of us… in honesty BRILLIANT on blizzards part thats actually new

Precisely

There are usually two options when making game to increase sales:

  1. Make a good game
  2. Make a bad game with stuff in it that reinforces players spending money (p2w, convenience, so on)

Blizzard literally launched an expasion with less playable chars than the original game had before it :man_shrugging:

Gaming companys are investing more money on AI, psychology and “training” then anything else… The psychology is how the human brain functions to buy things in a video game…as soon as AI was announced it was another tech race… gaming will always be good because there will always be gamers to make video games… We are entering new grounds in video gaming tho
