When equipping both the Ring of the Midday Hunt and the Vulture Talon gem the enemy health bounces all over the place and they do not die most of the time. Total 83% faster tick with combination. Poison damage works as intended when not equipped with Vulture Talon gem. This combination bricks the build.

Yup, I just encountered the same issue with my Spiritborn’s poison build. It became completely unplayable—I couldn’t even kill basic white mobs because their health was instantly restoring to full whenever I dealt damage. After some troubleshooting, I removed the Vulture Talon, and everything started working properly again.

Same issue here…its really frustraiting!
Trying to have a bit of fun with this season, and do a off meta build, and get rewarded with a bug that bricks it
