I bought the spectral mount armor from the shop earlier today and it’s not showing up at the stable master. I’ve tried logging in and out, changing characters from eternal to seasonal and nothing. Suggestions?
Also a few times after leaving town my mount will not sprint. It says cannot do that right now….I have to dismount and remount in order for sprint to work again.

Ooooo! Thank god, i have the exact same issue, specter mount not showing in my stable! Blizzard please advice!

I thought maybe it only worked for spectral charger at first but doesn’t show up for him either.

We all spent money above and beyond the game for this. A little response or acknowledgment would be appreciated.

same issue on xbox. i cant see my spectral mount armor
if you try to sprint the horse inside the village, this causes my mount to be unable to sprint after leaving the village

I have also paid for the spectar adrift bundle and not received it on PS5. I also put a ticket in directly to Blizzard and I was told to post in this forum to report this bug here. What is being done to fix this issue? Money was paid and no product received… this is a non-performance of obligation for an item paid for but not rendered and a simple we are looking into will not suffice. What is blizzard doing about this issue?
Also did not receive ghost horse armor. Adding for visibility. I paid for this item please return item or money.
