can someone explain to me how this glitch of turning spectral ashes into resplendent sparks works? is it true that now sayeena can be a vendor?

Once you complete the season journey, Sayeena will convert your spectral ash into scrolls that you can use, or give to an alt, for boat-loads of reputation.
Not sure if it’s a glitch? But the idea is that you can use the ash you earned on your main and buy the scrolls and put them in your stash. Then, you create a new character, do the first questline to unlock the reputation board and then use the scrolls to level the board all the way up to the spark chest.
Maybe 5-10 minutes for 1 spark and a boatload of other items and mats given you have enough ash.
It depends whether it’s unintended or not:
- If it’s intended, then it’s not a glitch
- If it’s unintended, then it’s a glitch

It’s not a glitch - it was purposefully designed this way so that players will create alt to gambling for mythic items, and Blizz can report, ‘look how engaged our player base is, they all made multiple alts this season.’
Everything about this season is based on Blizz wanting better looking reports - so, far less decent loot, gem, runes dropping etc - and now this - it’s all part of the plan.

Because of the short season, they want as much interaction as possible to tell their stakeholders “Look, we have people playing, we are good”

All I know is Mr. Blacksmith is the most popular guy in town at his time.
He is extremely busy crafting sparks. He is thinking on raising the crafting price to 100M gold.
The mechanism of using Alt to farm sparks has been introduced to the game seasons ago, then removed. Blizzard added this back after players cried about they can’t get sparks with alts, now another group of players crying it is boring chore.
I think should ask the players, “what the heck you guys actually want???”

is a tied-account feature. similar to your main’s whisper cache can be open by level 1 alternate character to gain the 700k experience point from it.
