Hello, diablo 4 season 5 just came out and i dropped the new Blue rose reworked ring for sorcerer, excited about it i used my ressources onto it to upgrade it at the blacksmith. i rolled a greater upgrade on the affix giving a 35% chance for ice spikes to hit twice but, to my surprise, the percentage stayed the same, actually, all other affixes rolled normally but this particular affix is bugged and doesn’t upgrade at all, the min and max stay the same, which is very frustrating since it seems like the best option to upgrade. not to mention rolling a greater upgrade into it is at the moment a straight up troll since it upgrades nothing. (unless its purely a display issue which doesn’t seem the case.
I really don’t think this is intended and it looks like a pretty obvious bug to me, does anyone reproduce this behaviour?

I just tried it in the training area, I couldn’t get any ice spikes to even summon was running FO and just throwing spears 1 at a time.
Then I put on Blizzard and I still couldnt see any…Must be bugged at the moment?
