I have two characters active for season 2. My first was a Blood Mist necro that has Howl From Below equipped. My second is a Ball Lightning sorc build. I have noticed that Flame Shield and Teleport are proccing an effect visually identical to the Howl From Below where volatile skeletons shoot out at enemies. It is more common to occur with flame shield and there are many more skeletons that shoot out with that skill. It does happen on teleport but less frequently and with only 1–3 skeletons. I have video clips and still shots to show the effect occurring. Not complaining, but I have no explanation for this happening other than some sort of bug.
it is the stored souls from the vampire powers being released when you cast those skills. looks similar to howl from below.
