Since Uber uniques are account-bound - we should be able to have a collection of Uber uniques as we please.
It OK that the Sorcerer cannot use 2-handed weapons aside from the staff but we shouldnt be limited to consume our sparks however way we want. And this will encourage us to create an alt that is not int/willpower-based.
