To be able to Teleport with a 1ms CD Max!

I’m honestly willing to make some concession (even though we shouldn’t need to) to crybarbies (who just got Leap to scale with Attack Speed in the patch too) and say, fine, Teleport Enchantment doesn’t work with AREC anymore for instant resets because it says it replaces Evade with Teleport instead of Evade being Teleport (like how Spiritborn has the boots that say your “Evade is Soar”), but it’s an incredible level of nonsense that it cannot be reduced from 5s in any way.

Aspect of the Bounding Conduit, meant to reduce Teleport cooldown specifically, useless.
Overflowing Energy, meant to reduce Shock cooldowns, useless.
Hectic Aspect, useless.
Ranks in Teleport, which reduce Teleport cooldown, most likely also useless. (Not hard-confirmed, but I suspect it won’t scale it down).
Eom rune, useless.
On and on.

Jah rune: 2 seconds, any class.
Teleport Enchantment: 5 seconds, Sorcerer-specific.

And all while Teleport damage is decreasing substantially because of the combined loss of Mystic Teleport and Masterworking. Bad damage and can’t even deal it frequently, while the Oculus reworked power wants Teleport to be used frequently.

No mobility skill should ever have less than 3 sec cooldown tbh. Or an equivalent resource cost. As in, they should not be spammable.

Is the opposite of what we want. Correct.
