Sorcerer cosmetics, both in-game and in the shop, are absolutely terrible.
Look at the Wraith Lord set for Necromancers. Thematic and awesome. Why can’t we get a cool looking Sorc set with lightning arcing out of the shoulders / helm, or a set that’s engulfed in fire? Or a set that’s got a blizzard swirling around your character? Literally anything would be better than the nonsense that’s currently available.
Hell, they gave Rogues a set with fire coming off of it, and that’s one of the few elements they can’t use.

Im just waiting for the winter event and see if they add any cool frost themed skin in the shop 
besides the leaked undead frost reindeer
Because I don’t like any of the current ones zzzz the fire rogue is ok but I only like the dagger there… it would be a total waste of money to buy it in my case
Sorc’s theme in D4 is “lust + middle east”. Unless you love that theme, then you are out of luck sadly.

And I thought the sorc’s cosmetics were the least ugly of the bunch… Well, at least the female sorc’s cosmetics, the male versions are poor adaptations of the female ones (i.e. look too effeminate).
All other classes capitalize too much on the grotesque look for my taste, while with sorc they are more on the cool/sexy side. But I suppose what is pretty and what is not is very much subjective. That’s why variety is always good to have, for all classes.

That new angel skin in the shop is a real head scratcher. Are Sorcerers synonymous with angelic armor? Why would you even think to make that a Sorcerer skin?
The screenshot you posted looks like damn near every Sorc set, with some variation in the chest piece / helm. It’s just mind blowing.

I think most of sorc outfits are fine both ingame and inshop (price are the problem as always).

I actually dislike such super over-the-top wow-esque “cool” outfits with random impossible things happening everywhere. To me they just seem cheesy and break immersion.
It doesn’t have to be cheesy and over the top. Look at the Wraith Lord set for Necros. It couldn’t be more thematic to the class and immersive in the world, yet it looks awesome.
If you’re gonna have a shop with $25+ skins, you’d better make them interesting.

Interesting is very subjective. The only problem with shop is prices imo. Something needs to be stupidly amazing to be worth $25 to me and I’m not sure that’s even possible. I like a lot of the shop outfits - just not enough to justify the absurd prices. And no, having fire coming out of every hole wouldn’t make it amazing to me either lol.
I mean, you’re not wrong. Whenever I get a new piece of gear I immediately wonder why my sorceror has “armor” with their chest and stomach exposed. Maybe the abs and half-pecks stop arrows and sexually confuse cannibals enough to slow them down…

Some of the sorcerer cosmetics remind me of the free skins we got for s1 battlepass… like how we can dress up to look like a clown so blizzard can recognize the peasants in game I guess…

Sorcs dont need armor and weapons, they are silly constructs as we are the weapon, and our shields the armor.
It isnt just sorc, most of them are pretty bad.
I Agree 1000%. Sorcerer cosmetics are a travesty. The cosmetics are starkly lacking compared to other classes. And the cosmetics that look decent for sorcerer only look decent on female sorcerers. It is a joke.
Why cant we have some decent robes, cloaks, hoods or wizard hats?

If I had to define myself as a “main” it’d be Necro and tbh I find Wraith Lord pretty cheesy. MUCH prefer Belladona (which I do have), Solitude one they just released, and Cult of Rathma.
As for the Sorc skins I kind of agree on not loving most of them. I did grab Father’s Judgement one as I like the thematics of that set and Sorc is my s2 class; however, I wouldn’t classify it as much of a “Sorc set”

Anyway the Black and Gold Sorc set was pretty nice.
It came with a Staff and Focus combo though, which I thought was odd considering they don’t go together.
When I saw it on someone in-game and saw the Staff was split at the head…It looks terrible! It clips with the helmet and the forking of the staff head, the coloring of it…bad design on an otherwise nice tmog.(Focus looked good though and the Tattoo was rad).
*Edit - Fractured Magic set. Just popped in to do WB and it was in shop. So tempting.
The Blue, misty effect Sorc set was quite nice.
That one nearly got me. The Wand looks great, Staff great. The tattoo was pretty cool.
What @Irres posted though… I laughed when I saw it. It just looks so bad.
