this spell behavior is a little bit inconsistent. At times, it can tele over gates or from uphill to downhill, at times it can’t. Can we also fix this while buffing sorc damage 
This is factored based on the barrier/divider in the environment.
You won’t be able to teleport between any ‘black walls’ which is a hard barrier but you will be able to through any visual barriers/walls (with textures).
