what the hell is “using cooldown”?

Its actually a pretty useless perk quite frankly.

You use teleport with raiment and the stun is the duration of the shield you’re given.

You use Nova, and it lasts longer than the shield you’re given.

You use Ice Armor, well that lasts longer than the shield you’re given.

Guess what… use Flame Armor and that immunity is about the duration of the shield.

It’s a good passive, if it was… designed better

Not using any cool downs?

Do you even play a sorc?

I think you aren’t fully understanding the tool tip from the passive. Here is the definition of cool down

“The minimum length of time that the player needs to wait after using an ability or item before it can be used again”

The tool tip is worded not the best. Should be when using a skill that goes on cooldown gain X% of your maximum life as a barrier.

You sir, have an attitude issue.

You’re asking for clarification/help and are gonna say stuff like this to the people that are attempting to help you?

You sir can take a long walk off of a short pier and pound sand.
