So got my paragon boards laid out.
Ended up with:
4 glyph 3 orange and 19 yellow nodes
What did you all come up with?
Haven’t done the paragon yet for my Sorc… I did it for my Necro that was supposed to be my first “main”… but recently changed my mind and going Sorc instead… will play with the paragonboard 2-3 days prior to launch. 
Looking at 4/5 Boards with rogue depending, I don’t know though cause a lot will depend on what gear I find as I go and just do a full reset at 100 to tweak it later.
My end goal is likely 6 glyph maybe one legendary (20% to enchantments) But the build will probably evolve a few times as to get it fully functional it will need to high lucky hit/crit rates.
Remember, they changed how treasure goblin works. So, there may be other changes. As such, cross check the boards before you go beyond the starter.
Right now, I will be playing 4 characters during Early Access. I have important people barely had money for the standard edition. So, I will be making up at least another round of character upon official launch.
This means I will not see Paragon Boards for a rather long time as at least one of them has not played the game during any Beta. As such, I will not be able to skip cutscenes. So, 35 hours to level 45X6 means 210 hours and even longer if I do 8. That is 105 days at 2 hours a day. Since I “have a life”, there will be days it just will not be possible. So, I am thinking 6+ months to Paragon Boards might be reasonable. On the plus side, I will have plenty of advice to follow from various sources.
I hope to be starting paragon on Jun 2nd.

I spent weeks min-maxing it, lol
As long as you take breaks, even the 35 hours to 45 still puts late into 02 June as long as you are PST. So, presuming you can skip cutscenes, etc. that will cut even more time.
