Just made a quick lvl42 dungeon with mi lvl 93 sorc on ice shard. Sure i had to run in to the damn Butcher whoo burned me quick, but this is not about Butcher. Thing is, sorc was alredy squishy as crap, now its nerfed to the underworld. Whanted to ask you dear Blizzard staff/testers, do you actualy TEST the game before patch, have you even played this before destroing it to hell .???, cuz if you did and this looks like ok to you, then im sorry to say but you are all idiots and have no bussines in this.
I honestly felt we were in a decent place. I just finished out a 57, &, couldnt even hit a crit for a million.
These mobs have millions upon millions of HP, It’s fudging trash and I dont even know what to do anymore.
The only class i reqlly enjoy, in every game I play a mage if I can.
I have a lvl 100 sorceress. I was running lvl 60+ nmd before patch. Now i barely made it through a 55
I dont play Sorc but i have a friend who does and lol I’m so sorry for her she wasnt that powerful before even with great items but now that class is literally unplayable they really messed up with these patches, it hasnt turned me away from the game and i still like it but like…what in the heck were they thinking?
Her sorc sounds like mine. I ran an arc-lash/chain lightning with burning buffs and debuffs all the way to 100. Not terribly impressive but she was playable and fun, especially in a group as a backup singer to a rogue who could make everything vulnerable multiple times. After the patch, she’s no better than a lvl 25. I have to thank Blizzard for jolting me out of my stupor and reminding me that I have better things to do with my time. I just finished boxing up my PS5 and putting it into storage.
That if they don’t start walking back some damage and survivability, they won’t have much room to expand that doesn’t lead directly towards D3 power creep. It sucks and i would hope that Blizz would at least focus on the classes that aren’t struggling as much as Sorcs already were but i really do believe that they were coming to their nerf decision from a good place; just having trouble sticking that landing.
