As title, I cannot be the only one to notice that sorc enchantments do not scale with hard points though oddly points from gear do scale the enchantment. For example the teleport enchantment should reduce in cooldown with additional points in teleport but it doesn’t. It could also be a tooltip bug. That or I am the ONLY ONE who has bugged enchants.
