Ok, So I passed lvl 15 and went and completed the quest to open sorc enchantment slot.
Shows the 1st enchantment slot open but refuses to accept any skill.
I followed the same things I did with my non seasonal sorc, and my non seasonal sorc has no problems. I can swap out/ replace as often as I want.
Now lvl 20 and still no luck, even exited the game completely and when i came back in the situation was the same.
Thought about getting to lvl 30 to see if anything changes but I don’t want to waste my time by finding out nothing has changed.
If it can’t be fixed let me know and I will leave seasons and go back to non season.

But at least now it’s no longer a problem as I uninstalled D4.
Thought a reinstall might fix the issue but Blizzards servers are crap and I started the install at 10pm AEST (aust) and at 10.30 am just 27% at an excruciating slow download rate for the 92gig.
So I cancelled the install and uninstalled D4.
My Witch Doctor in D3 HC is now getting some love, and Blizzard won’t get any more $ from me.
You can always just perform a Scan-and-Repair instead of a reinstall. Saves a lot of time.
I know deep down its not my game but a bug.
I know another player who cannot change skills on the skill bar for his Druid.
With current download rate of 568kb from Blizzards server i still won’t have the game ready till after patch 1.1.1
Enchantment slot is really finicky, have to get your cursor to the exact spot on the slot. That’s definitely appears to be a new bug .
Not being able to remove skills, also a new bug. If a skill is slotted and you remove a skill point, you can’t remove it. You have to add a skill point back to that skill first, then you can remove.
yeah they moved it so you have to use the TOP LEFT corner of the skill button as your “pointer” and put that in the middle of the skill slot, it doesnt drop in smoothly if your close enough anymore. after you learn this its fine, just sucks cause it was working nice before this
