I think Pez said something about the cosmetic team has plans that will switch up the shop or somthing along the lines…
Really been curious if we are going to get cosmetics at a reasonable price in the future or if they’re letting us purchase individual pieces of a cosmetic.
Seems they have slowed down pumping cosmetics out lately.
Can’t wait to hear more on this topic. Hopefully it’s another step in the right direction.
Yes, I am looking forward to hearing more as well. Letting people purchase individual items from bundles would be a great move. I also hope that they’ll remove backpacks or at least put them in their own section at the very bottom of the shop, so I don’t have to see those ugly useless things!

The product team though has been hearing the feedback and it may take a little bit but there will be some more discounted items available in the coming weeks/months and we have some changes to announce regarding some other items like the Portal Pack here soon.
Im curious how well D4 is doing with micro transactions.
I’m actually going to buy battle pass if S4 is a success just to cause a spike in the sales. When I buy the battle pass there will be an alarm at Blizzard HQ: ‘a player who has not spent a dime in MTX during 10 years finally bought something’. After that the devs realize they are doing things right and Diablo 4 is saved.

I bet a Nickle that the highest selling cosmetic purchases of classes is between the Rogue and Barbarian. I am just saying, some of those Rogue ones were awesome. They even did Blood Raven! No joke about that.
Yeah I’m willing to bet the barb has sold most cosmetics, especially the demon samurai outfit.

It was around the 2 hour 21 minute mark, during the Q and A. They said there were more changes coming very soon to the shop, new opportunities to use platinum from the battle pass to buy stuff from the shop for a character. They said that there were more significant changes coming with the store and that the team was taking in a lot of feedback.
Also mentioned retroactively changing the portals so all classes can use all colors.
That could mean a lot of different things, but I am looking forward to having the final info on this. They keep giving us hints that something is going to change but (afaik) we don’t know exactly what yet.
