Blood Wave Necro here.
I cleared 148 and was doing speed runs and carry at 145. After patch I can’t even get to final boss on time and I mean solo.

take off all gear, close inventory and then open inventory and put your gear back on
i had to do this with the ring of mendeln…the explosions stopped suddenly then by doing that they started up again
