Those of us that actually spent $100 on the pre-order, with the promise of early access to the beta, have been shafted. They advertised exactly that but then decided to give out a crap ton of beta keys for KFC sandwiches… A huge slap in the face to their patrons.

I paid the full package and im not complaining because im AWARE that it is a BETA. You will have your early access, you will have time to do it all, stop crying and take a chill pill.

Quit white knighting for these corporations. THEY SOLD THE PACKAGE as you would have access OVER EVERYONE ELSE for preordering certain editions. I have no time to go back and forth with people who do not understand logic and how offering beta keys out for the same weekend they told PAYING CUSTOMERS they were getting, is trash.

As far as I know, they didn’t advertise any early beta access when they started selling D4 pre orders.
Try to understand what a beta is, do you work in the tech field? Its not a world of unicorns, not everything is perfect.

Also, get over it? Over yourself, too? It’s a beta, and any progress will be wiped in any case; I say just enjoy the time you DO have with D4 and stop being part of the whiny baby legion crapping up the forums with their whiny baby concerns. Betas aren’t fun. They’re work. They are your chance to add some feedback about a game still under active development.

this game is diablo3 resurrected. . . it looks like they used the same frontend from d3 Copy and pasted to d4, added new backgrounds. i am so disappointed… WHERE ARE THE D2 XPAC’S!!!
Yeah its a lot of work trying to defeat the first boss “Queen of the Que”, its been over seven hours and still haven’t defeated her.

Same on the Xbox Store… it’s been advertised/listed as a BONUS for pre-ordering since the listing was put up in the store for purchase.
And right now as we speak/talk/read/rant, Xbox is advertising all over their space in the store and homepage adverts the idea to JOIN THE BETA NOW by BUYING the pre-order and jump in this weekend.
When I first heard about the KFC promotion I thought it was for the weekend beta NEXT WEEK.

Missed the whole point…
I got in at 10am in Oregon. I played for 15 minutes before being booted. I havent been able to get back jn since. Its now after 7pm…still cant get in. Its stuck in a queued state on Xbox. So i guess indeed the KFC guys got priority over me as paid for the ultimate edition…lmao

I think what’s frustrating is we paid 100.00 for the pre order and I understand that beta is going to have issues etc. however a lot of us have not been able to get online at all. So that’s a little frustrating to not get any game time. People that paid to play and test a product can’t even test it. So it is frustrating. I really hope we get compensation. I wanted to level a character up for the pup they advertised to us. It just feels like they aren’t doing anything in regards to all the accounts locked out and stuck in a loop of queue. I have yet to hear any status on this issue.

I wish I knew about the chicken sandwich before I pre ordered for sure!! Haha oh well! Atleast my game is paid off I guess on the bright side
A lot of entitlement here it seems.
And yes, I did preorder ultimate edition. Difference is that I don’t expect to get treated differently because of that.
If I have to wait 5 minutes, cool.
If I have to wait 40+ minutes, not a big deal.
