Noticed it on my Spiritborn right away after the most recent patch.
Can confirm, eyebrows are gone.
Will probably take them forever to fix this glaring issue. Really ruins the look not having eye brows.

Yep still gone. They’re in no hurry to fix breaks in customization e.g. unable to dye “unequipped” looks also since the season started.
Well came here to complain about this. I had just re-installed the game because PoE2 botched the last update only to find my male characters looking stupid with shaved eyebrows.
My hardcore barb was looking so good with eyebrows but now looks like a punk. I can’t even play most male characters anymore because of this and seeing them without eyebrows in cinematics will 100% make me uninstall it again. I’m already thinking of uninstalling it bugs me that much. Add a separate option for eyebrows at least.
When I return to a game I haven played in a while the last thing I want to see are a bunch of changes but especially character customization changes. SWTOR did this and I uninstalled it after the first cutscene it was that bad. Characters looked SO old with the changes. They looked terrible. D4 characters without eyebrows are almost as bad IMO. And don’t even get me started on why all of my characters, Eternal and hardcore, were reverted back to level 50. I thought only Seasonal toons were going to have to re-level.
April 24, problem not resolved.
I’m a new player and initially thought this was a very strange stylistic move, but it turned out that the eyebrows were there before. Visuals are very important to me, since I primarily play the game as an RPG, and not as a session racer.
