Some beards look pretty patchy in 1.2?

Did anyone notice they did something to facial hair? Like it’s under the skin in some spots, creating bald-patches.

They tried to do the math on how many blades your razor is supposed to have.

Ha went for .04 surface area uncovered and did .40 instead

On a serious note, I’ve noticed this problem in many games recently, since Dark Souls came out. What is the deal with such uncanny valley hair styles and coloring? Why is it so hard to add color to hair that isn’t a weird color lighting effect?

I remember hair looking like actual hair for years, then all of a sudden everyone started using the same models and system similar to From Software. It doesn’t make any sense to me that people actually think it looks right.

Besides pixelation…

I know I’m somewhat color blind but when selecting “WHITE” Beard/Hair - from slush white to gray it’s all grey, grey, grey… that can’t be my color issues.
Where’s the WHITE HAIR? Like pure white?

lol, I was just thinking this when making a character today. The hair color option “Midnight Ruby” is a very faint purple tint. What?

Yea some of the coloring(s) are just …off.
Kind of like Tmogs not having a TRUE White/Black option in the color palette.
Hair Coloring lacks some ‘true’, solid colors.
