(Solved) Tree of whispers not working

To the kind attention,

since yesterday’s update tree of whispers is not working for me. I have 11/10 favors, but when pressing A to select my reward, I only get an empty greyed out window. I restarted, made hard reset, collected favors and rewards in W3 and then went back to W4, nothing. This core dynamic is just inaccessible for me atm.

Hope someone will read and fix. Is there a direct contact with support?

Exact same here. Changed WT, logged in and out, no help.

Experiencing this also on Xbox. Getting a split choice window with no options within it to choose a reward. Pressing a or b does nothing

Same issue for me with WT4. No more quick gold grinding. Hotfix soon hopefully.

Also, been having alot of issues with moving from zone to zone. (Character just runs in place) until i FT somewhere else and retry.

Same issue for me. Getting an empty split box. Tried different tiers, but only can collect from my T3, but nothing shows up.

Same for me on PC World Tier 4 since today, 05.18.2024 10:30 am CEST.
game or Launcher restart didnt help.
