Since launch, there has been no legion event in this zone at all, preventing the completion of the Legion Event Expert challenge.
During beta, the event regularly appeared in the Kor Dragan area, but seemingly hasn’t appeared even once since the full game launch.
EDIT: I’ve found the Kor Dragan legion event… while playing HARDCORE on the lowest (ADVENTURER) difficulty. So I suggest lowering difficulty and waiting to see if it pops up, I guess.
I also reported this and got no response. Frustrating because I wanna complete the challenge lol.
Edit: also I don’t remember there being legion events in the beta… are you sure that’s what you meant?
But +1 for sure. The legion event is not showing up in Fractured Peaks.
Yes, you can find clips on YouTube from the beta where players do the legion event in the cleared Kor Dragan stronghold area.
But for whatever reason, it no longer works in the actual game itself.
I thought Legion (and World Boss) only happens in World Tier 3 and 4?
The world tier does not matter, as the Legion event is in the same place every time, no matter the world tier. But i can confirm, there is something wrong with their random generator concerning these events, as I’ve been waiting for 3 days straight for it to appear on Fractured Peaks, no luck. I check every reset and this is getting annoying…
Yeah definitely an issues with their world event generation. I’ve never seen the world boss spawn in the northern area in Scosglen, which is clearly a World Boss zone. At Blizzcon 2019, when they had the gameplay demos, the world boss spawned there but even after like 200 hours of playtime and dozens and dozens of world boss kills, never seen them spawn in Scosglen.
CONFIRMED, totally broken & won’t spawn in Fractured Peaks.
I had a session 2 days ago, where i checked 22 resets(not i a row) and 0 spawn in FP.
For example, it spawned in Scosglen two times in 3 resets, only needing a spawn somewhere else in between, several times. The results of Legion Event spawn zones:
Dry Steppes - 6 times
Hawezar - 5 times
Kehjistan - 4 times
Scosglen - 7 times
May not be a bug. I kept an eye on Helltides.com for a Fractured Peak legion event, and nothing showed up.
Then I decided to play around in WT1 just to see how much easier it was to kill the mobs. Basically just messing around, and HOLY F THERE IS A LEGION EVENT IN FRACTURED PEAKS! So I rushed over there and completed it pretty much solo. Finally got the achievement.
Not sure if this is just luck, but it might be worthwhile spending some time in WT1 just to look for the legion event.
ETA: I should also add that the FP legion event was NOT the one displayed on Helltides.
Yeah have been waiting for it to pop in to Fractured Peaks and haven’t seen it despite many legion events and much playtime. Guess I’ll just follow the advice here and spend some time in T1

I’ve been chasing Legion events for weeks and I’ve never seen the Kor Dragan event 
Finally got this on WT3. Hella random and haven’t seen it again since. It was weird too. Like I couldn’t “beat it” because all the enemies didn’t seem like they were spawning and eventually the timer just ran out but I still got credit for it. So it def is bugged out.
