Yo. I found a solution for when your router/isp is responsible for disconnect and then your HC character dies (as did mine). Connection bonding. You bond two different connections into one, so when one dies, the other is still active. Tried it in game, made disconnects on purpose and it works. I used an app called speedify for connection bonding and connected by wire to router and by usb cable tethering over my smartphone. You have to pay for it, but it offers 2GB/month for free…so maybe you can make it work without paying. I found more apps, but this one gives the most for free. I hope this helps someone and that Blizzard implements a better solution for this stupid problem. Cheers.
