Is it possible to get an option to create “solo character found” characters , like in last epoch?
This makes a sense for the ethernal realm.

Solo Self Found? Nope.
Also, it’s a cranky community… I can empathize with wanting some solitude.
And bad spelling is neither disrespectful nor a serious problem, especially when the reader knows exactly what you mean.

IMO, SSF is not a “must” (at least not yet) but a definitely should-have one (in fact even posted some details/opinions on how to do that)
But, will see how S4 pans out first so we know for the better
you can literally just play d4 like that, without a dedicated option for it. Dont group with people, dont trade. there you got it.

Alot of times SSF comes with bonus xp gain or item find. Something that makes up for the ability to not group or trade.

these discussions have been here a lot, but i honestly dont know an arpg that offers this. playing ssf in an online multiplayer game is, id say, a personally chosen difficulty?
It should be. I have seen how the community is though. They always need that extra thing
iuno, i mean, i can only speak for myself, but if id want that, id play an offline game thats moddable you know.
Buy a new account and try it out
The problem is that can’t skip campaign or start a different region other than FP so your “new SSF character” experience is always all the same

what has that to do anything with a new account or the campaign? infact, you can skip the campaign on a new account since i think… season 2?

i mean, in the end a big market with competitors is always good. hopefully these games learn from each other.
This is the equal experience to SSF. No “accumulated” resources or account-bound rewards

Last Epoch is a trash game.
For more than a year they have loading screen issues,and sometimes portal not even registring your click ,and you have to reset whole dungeon.
There’s no difference in loot at higher corruption levels. 200 corrution or 1200,its all the same.
8K resolution polished quality cosmetics come only from $$ shop. Loot in game looks horrible. Its like POE but in 2013.
They will never add new stuff and 80% playerbase already left.
D4 however,is getting more and more people back because they are actually trying to fix stuff.
I’m just curious what games offer this with SSF mode? Don’t get me wrong I’m all for adding more options into the game, I just can’t think of any Diabloe-esque game outside of LE that gave you a bonus of some sort for soloing.
Now SSF in the normal sense wouldn’t work for D4. What you would get instead is a no-trading mode. You’d still be able to group with people and complete all of the content, but essentially it would be like the new WoW SSF mode. I’ve been doing this mostly since launch. Just never officially had a mode I could select.
The only one I know of is pilliars of eternity.
EverQuest had a different system where the monsters xp was set and divided by party members.
Wait I thought Pillars of Eternity was a solo game to begin with?
Now EQ I remember fondly, but at least in the beginning, grouping was mandatory in that game. You couldn’t really solo for very long.
You are right. You do get bonus xp with no party though.
I really haven’t seen it in arpg.
