Graphic wise the all burning rogue is sick and looks cool on the hell horse bridal on an Ember.
Sorc it way more open to opinion some outfits look like female some male in design not as much cross over cool. So I would suggest just googling looks tell u see one you like and wait for it to appear for sale in the shop.

For these classes, these sets from the store that appealed to me the most:
Sorceror: “Thaumaturge”
I love this one because the colours and materials are really beautiful. Just have to hide that goofy looking hat. 
Rogue: “Blood for Money”
Lots of nice detail in this set, without being overly ostentatious (well, at least the bling is silver here, instead of the grossly over the top gold in most of the store sets). Also while the default colour is nice, it also recolours really well to red.
