Why they add Belial as tormented Boss and not final Boss for Next DLC? Run out of ideas? Its too soon for someone like him to show up hell not even show up but as a normal Boss for grind? No story, no background he just pops out? Why?..
Wait for S8. Belial is the season theme. It’s safe to assume the seasonal questline will be about him.
Dude, they can just as easily build a story about how he came back then how Diablo keeps coming back.
Chill and wait for the season 8 story line at least.

I hope the campaign story will get some extension regarding Belial for all future players.
It’s not like season 8 will last forever.
Besides the season boss powers, the changes are also implemented on the Eternal realm.
why should they? were andariel or duriel the final boss of a dlc?
I hope Azmodan is coming next, or maybe the combimation form of 4 lesser evil as a final boss.
