I want to do a Starfall Coronet build for the aesthetics butttt, no tempering support for Meteor CDR is very bad obviously and Meteor Size can only do but so much. Is anyone attempting to even make Meteor work in general like with spam-cast support from Inferno or something?
Mulling over this thought, but likely more inclined towards Telestomp or Chain Lightning.
i’m doing it now. I’m crushing everything i see. played T2 up to lvl 38 or so then went to T3 and T4 at 53 i think. I’m lvl 80 on my 2nd sorcerer (1st one is at artificer lvl 60ish). There’s a bunch of ways you can make a build around meteor. with the Coronet helm your best stat is cdr followed by crit chance. there’s 2 meteor affixes to go for but the third ‘Armageddon’ imo is crap (the meteors fall too far away from where they should be hitting).
cdr comes from helm, neck, off hand baseline and stat (as well as certain unique rings). Then you masterwork the cdr stats. you can easily have well over 40% cdr.
