This is becoming a serious joke on PS4 Users

Audio is HORRIBLY distorted.
Can’t get into the Underworld Quest haunted house
My pet is not there all the time. It just randomly disappears. Which is a serious pain in HellTides.
Stone Guardians don’t do diddly.

I guess the PS4 version of the game really wasn’t ready for Prime Time and is, as usual, being treated like the Problem Step-Child
I reported on the Twitland Page… hopefully it’ll be less than years before anything is done… sheesh<

  • I am also experiencing Audio issues, especially when battling massive amount of mobs throughout the world.
  • Glitch while running, making it look like I was sliding across the ground, and then at times stopping with my feet below the ground, especially on inclined surfaces.
  • Have not received my free claimed items from the shop for the past two days (three weapons or transmogs)
  • Shop has been slow to respond a number of times and then slow to respond to movement to see what is in there
  • Random freezing while in battle, and spawning in a different location while in the same battle area
  • Screen Resolution goes from crisp to fuzzy randomly, almost like it is out of focus.
  • Inability to use Masterworking on any gear type, even though I have multiple pieces of the supported type.
  • like the original poster, my pet sometimes disappears
  • my transmog doesn’t always stay affixed and seems to show the original set look instead of the custom I have been trying to use.

Diablo IV should of never been released on the PS4. The last generation is too weak for it to look and run good. Despite Diablo IV minimum requirements of 8 gig of ram you need 12 or more for it to be worth playing.

I’m still enjoying it wholeheartedly… until the Expansion… and even then, I can still enjoy it, but with the sound off.

Yeah no acknowledgement from blizzard really sucks, a simple, “we know there is a problem and are working on it” would go a long way

i am playing with the sound effects slider turned off ( thank god for the stash saving the uniques i have missed, no effects mean no wrapon drop sounds)

Im level 46 and just realised my opals havnt been earning me any zakarum remnants towards my rank, it says im getting them but my rank isn’t going past level 3

Im not getting any bluescreens, fingers crossed and it is performing well, the gameplay is as good as it has been in the previous 2 seasons, just really sucks to not have the sound and have the constant bugs with the seasonal stuff.

Im 600 hour’s into diablo 4 and i love it. After playing d2 for 20+ years its so refreshing and im super excited to play the other characters’ new skills and see how they work.

Really hope a hotfix comes out soon for the issues currently on ps4, i am too broke to upgrade or i would have years ago haha.

Fingers crossed something happens soon

Sound glitch while battling and random freeze up make the game almost unplayable. My pet is also missing, sais I have it active but it is not showing or collecting what it’s supposed to.Can we get this fixed asap I would like to enjoy the game I have been playing since beta, and really don’t want to go through the hassle of trying to refund something that has made the game almost unplayable.

I’ve had 2 Updates this week… One Monday (I think) and one this Morning (Tuesday Oct. 15. 2024)) and neither solved the Distortion Problem, but I think it’s different… maybe. After this morning’s Update it seemed to sound better right away… and then, not so much. I was probably imagining it by being Optimistic. That’ll teach me. : )
