From searching, it seems:
Tenants of Depravity is DIRECTLY linked somehow to maybe Fatal and Coiling because it DOES NOT EXIST anywhere in my Quest logs. It’s not there.
I did it… It was one of the first I completed after the Campaign… gone entirely.
Nahantu Folk Hero says 16/20 for completion.
The Nahantu Region as a WHOLE Side Quests say 36/44
Literally, everything on the map has been done. I can’t reconcile anything. I think there might be others I haven’t searched down yet but this is what I’ve glaringly found so far (for achievements).

Yes, I am bumping my own thread because I am trying several fixes I’ve read (basically trying re-do’s on a new character).
I read that if made a new toon and immediately did the 3 Dungeons for Field of Giants Delver that it would give you credit.
It DID NOT! SO! I’m going to continue and try to re-do a couple of quest-lines and see if those “repair” themselves.
I will update my progress for those that are also stuck.
