I bought the premium Battlepass…was looking at what it includes and see my favor tokens 99 / 99.
I did not have 99 tokens when last I played either.
EDIT: It’s not a visual bug either, I spent some and they worked and only went down by the amount spent.
EDIT 2: I’m senile and do remember I ended with 99 Tokens. And I found they do carry over. I was sure they didn’t. Strange thing to do to let you basically have the season battlepass mostly done as soon as you log in.
First thing I did upon logging into S9 was spend my tokens. I got them all back while playing S9, and now I’m at 99 again. I think it’s great honestly. You still have to fork over money for the ‘good’ stuff though, I’m fine with just getting my 200 plat a season for free.
It has seemed odd to me each of the seasons it has been like this. I figure the AI told them it’s a clever way to get people to log back in and spend money.
