So i accidentally salvaged all my gear

Dumb yeah, including a 3* Rakanoths, a 3* Sepazontec, everything perfectly tempered and mastercrafted. Still do not know how i managed it.

I switched to Quill to try it out but swear i put all the gear in my chest. But its all gone and i can only assume i salvaged it by accident.

But this is on Blizzard, because with the amount of salvaging going on, its going to happen sooner or later without something you can use to lock your gear from being sold/salvaged. People been calling for it since beginning of the game.

Why didnt you put the Favorite Icon on it so that can’t happen? I never equip and unequip anything thats not marked.

You can lock your gear. The space bar on PC lets you mark it as junk, tap a second time and it marks it as safe from salvage. It won’t let you salvage it if you do that.

yea it clearly is on blizzard that you dont use the favorite markings on your gear.
its also on blizzard that you didnt pay attention to the additional warning windows telling you all gear is about to get salvaged.

However, there is one exception to this. Campaign Account-Bound gear cannot be toggled for some reason.

If you picked up one of those quest items people are leaving on the ground outside of town, apparently the people who dropped them can just go into your inventory and steal your loot.

Not sure if you did that. 3 weeks in and people can steal the loot straight off your character with no word from the company btw.

has been fixed.

The villager remains issue was already fixed.

Except there is this feature already in the game, lol…

That’s already part of the game - mark items as ‘favorite’, problem solved.

This goof was 100% on your shoulders. Next time, slow down and pay attention to what you are doing.

i guess is my bad then, never noticed that option. Was this here since beginning of game ? i dont remember it or patch notes introducting it, and first couple seasons many people were screaming they wanted it.

Oof… sorry to hear that.

I recently did that with a necklace by mistake.

I had overflow items in my chest and thought I stored my necklace to look at another one but it just moved in into my personal inventory and then I salvaged all.

Funny thing is that I did not notice it for a long while and then I just laughed at my mistake and luckily I had several good spares.

My sympathies.

Ooooh noooo I’d be p!$$ed

I actually went looking for those and never saw any.
It was out of curiosity, not like I was gonna touch that with a 10’ pole.

I have done something like that before. Never again though. And the worst part of it was that the item i salvaged was a shaco. hehe

I need to put some gas in the car is that also Blizzards fault?

Why when he can just deflect his blunder onto someone else.

Ok, I get :poop:ing on Blizzard is this forum’s favourite past-time. But there has to be a point where people start taking some personal responsibility. There’s already a system in place to prevent items being salvaged or sold, favourite your items next time.

This is not on Blizz, its on you.
And because of that kinda threads, this forum is flooded with negativity.
Everybody wants a game to be designed perfectly. One wants that, other that. Nothing is ever really enough good.
We said RAWHIDE is scarse, they buffed rawhide and still they complained.
Whata the hell you ppl want?
Other classes are at the same level they were in S5, SB is way above them, but why are ppl bothered?
Play whatever you want, and live and let live.
