We tried to enter a dungeon - Anika’s Claim Dungeon. There was another party member as well - on PC. When we enter you can see graphics not loading. Only partial UI. My friend teleported us to town, but then it got worse. Only snow and then complete white screen, menu not loading. We could not do anything. Tried starting another game then resuming to D4 to no avail. Had to reset and we also restarted the stream. Then it worked. Hope this helps!
