Shows I have claimed 2 smoldering ashes but only have 1 available. Please fix

Comparable issue here. Lvl 51. Says I have 1 claimed smoldering ashes from lvl 45. zero display as available in Season Journey.

Same here, at lvl 50 shows 1 claimed but none available to use.

I had the same thing happen with two ashes. What I did was TP, then I was able to allocate them. Weird bug.

Yep, says I claimed it at lvl 45 (lvl 50 now) but I have zero ashes.
